About IMS
Integrated Merchandising Services (IMS) is a merchandising and procurement company, integrating global procurement requirements. We are a service providing company having a team of seasoned people.
Our clients in North America, Europe, South Africa, Australia and Middle East include importers, departmental stores, supermarkets. We completely work on behalf of our clients only and any kind of finance is not involved between IMS and suppliers. IMS takes compensation only from its clients.

Product Sourcing
The products mainly we are handling are Home Décor, Furniture, Tabletop, Giftware, Bar Accessories, Bathroom Accessories, Garden, Christmas, Lifestyle products and Spices. The apparel and home textiles sections are also to be added soon.
Vendor Development
Identifying reliable manufacturers based on buyer requirements and specifications. Building and managing strong supplier relationships for long-term sourcing stability.
Product Development & Sampling
We work closely with factories on New Ideas, Designs, Product Development and Sampling received from our customers. Our team ensures that the product is developed as per the specifications and meets the functional and technical aspects.
Costing & Negotiation
Leveraging strong supplier relationships and market knowledge, we negotiate favorable commercial terms and pricing structures that align with buyer expectations while maintaining quality, compliance, and delivery requirements.
Quality Assurance
Our team of experienced QA auditors is there to conduct inspections of ordered merchandise in several phases from sampling to production completed. They give their technical and practical inputs to maintain the quality. The inspections are conducted as per the quality guidelines specified by the clients or as per our own standards when not specified.
Logistics
From production completion to final dispatch, we coordinate logistics activities, documentation, and shipment schedules to facilitate efficient product movement and reliable delivery across international markets.
